NAWMBA hosts professional development, networking and educational events across the country. These events provide members with ample opportunities to continually grow as business professionals. Events are held at the National, Professional and Student levels throughout the year.
The Annual Conference and Career Fair is an event that embodies all areas of NAWMBA's mission and is dedicated to supporting and developing both students and professional women. This event is the only national event devoted exclusively to women MBAs and graduate women in business. It connects talented MBA students with companies in search of interns and graduating students. Professional women interact with sponsoring companies through networking and coaching events. The conference also promotes professional and personal development through leadership meetings, workshops, industry panels, keynote speakers, and coaching sessions.
The Annual NAWMBA Leadership Retreat is designed exclusively for chapter leaders.. The aim of this Retreat is to enhance leadership skills through hands-on development workshops, keynote addresses, and networking. Held in conjunction with the Annual Career Fair, the Leadership Retreat enables participants to focus on where they are in their development and understand what they can do to grow their respective chapters. In a more intimate setting than the Annual Conference participants develop stronger connections and add valuable relationships to their personal networks.
