It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the website for the National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA).

NAWMBA is dedicated to empowering more women in to leadership positions in corporate America thus enhancing the diversity of the nation's workforce.

For the past several years NAWMBA has hosted a national conference and career fair.  We continue the tradition with this year’s conference scheduled in Stamford, Connecticut on October 23 25.  The National Conference Committee has been preparing what promises to be an exceptional event.  The committee is comprised of 4 professional women and 6 students representing 3 different MBA programs.  The committee selected “Discovering Your Potential” as this year’s theme.  I believe that each of us has the ability to discover new potential within ourselves every single day.  Moreover, with assistance from others, we have an even greater opportunity of developing our potential to its fullest.

I am very proud of the work that NAWMBA has done to assist MBA women from across the country in discovering their potential. This work includes the contributions of the National Student Leadership team and the National Conference Committee. These committees have worked tirelessly to enhance programming and benefits to all members. This year's conference offers many new features including a track of workshops and panels dedicated to professional women, enhanced panels and workshops for students, a variety of keynote speakers, and our largest career fair to date.

This year we partnered with the Association of Women MBAs to launch our second professional chapter in San Francisco. In the coming months, we anticipate launching professional chapters in New York, Houston, and Los Angeles as part of our growth strategy.

This fall you will see additional programming including two webinar series, one for students and one for professionals, as well as local and regional events hosted by National.

The National Association of Women MBAs would not be possible without the strong leadership teams at the local, national, and board level. These leaders are women who discover further potential within themselves every day. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the amazing leaders across the country for their dedication, outstanding leadership, and willingness to continually grow themselves and their teams to their full potential.
