Jessica Berger, National Student Director Jessica Berger is currently pursuing an MBA at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business. Previously, she worked in Human Resources at Frost Bank and as an elementary school teacher through Teach For America in Houston, Texas. Her main goal for NAWMBA this year is to maintain a constant flow of communication and ideas between local chapters and the National Student Leadership Team. In addition to reaching ambitious attendance goals for the national conference in October, Jessica would like to see participation in and knowledge of important NAWMBA programs, such as the Shideezhí Mentorship Project, grow significantly this year.

Radost Boneva, VP of Social Media Radost Boneva is a first-year MBA student at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business, concentrating in energy and finance. A 2007 graduate of Technische Universität Darmstadt in Germany with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Radost has more than eight years experience in project and client relationship management at large financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank in Germany. Radost’s main objectives include increasing the NAWMBA presence in the social media world by developing and implementing short and long-term public presence strategies, promoting NAWMBA to future members, and keeping the current members informed and involved.

Kory Dahlberg, VP of Conference Communications Kory is currently pursuing an MBA at Fisher College of Business with an emphasis in marketing for the healthcare industry. Prior to attending Fisher College, she worked at Prime Meridian Insurance Group, serving as the agency’s in-house risk manager and corporate wellness program developer/manager. Her hopes for NAWMBA this year include increased visibility within the social media space, stronger networking between students, and increased leadership opportunities for MBA women within the association.

Tiffaney Florentine, VP of Conference Committee
Tiffaney Florentine is a first year MBA student from The Ohio State University, and is excited to be part of the 2010 National Student Leadership Board. Her main objectives are to increase NAWMBA attendance at the National Conference in Louisville, KY, and to provide the best experience possible for all students and business professionals involved. She looks forward to working with fellow board and committee members to build upon last year's success and take this year's national conference to the next level.

Amanda Martin, VP of Mentorship Amanda Martin is currently pursuing an MBA at Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business and holds a BS in Education from The University of Texas at Austin. Previously, she worked as both an elementary school teacher and an analyst for El Paso Energy Corporation in Houston, Texas. For the 2010-2011 NAWMBA year, Amanda hopes to grow The Shideezhí Project by expanding national awareness of the program and by thoughtfully matching Shideezhí’s delightful adheezís with NAWMBA’s dedicated adís.

Claire Murnane, VP of Conference Marketing Claire Murnane is an MBA student at The Ohio State University. She is currently the Student Leadership Team's Vice President of Conference Marketing for the 2010 National Conference and Career Fair. Claire is looking forward to applying her marketing experiences to enhance the success of the conference.

Viviana Robertson, VP of Communications Viviana is currently pursuing an MBA at Jesse H. Jones School of Business at Rice University. Prior to attending Rice, she worked at Argos USA, a cement and concrete company, as a Corporate Development Analyst. For this year, she will work on the newsletter, writing a student chapter guide, and collecting and disseminating best practices between chapters to strengthen relationships between chapters and to expand the resources these chapters can provide to their members.

Iara Palacios, VP of Development Iara is a first year MBA student at the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. She is pursuing concentrations in Global Business and Marketing. She earned her undergraduate degree in 2002 from Rice University. Her main goal for NAWMBA this year is to raise funds for the Shideezhí Mentorship Project. Iara would also like to see an increase in coordination with school chapters to further NAWMBA’s goal of developing women in business. She is excited to be part of the National Student Leadership Team.
